The Design Studio runs in your browser. Your design, details and PDF proposal stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us.
Who we share your data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery and customer records. They act on our instructions. If you load the Google map or use WhatsApp, Google or WhatsApp receive data under their own policies. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purpose above, then delete them. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Cookies and local storage
You choose which optional items to allow in the banner on our home page. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, or open the settings now.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or move it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@surfaceco.uk and we will reply within one month.
